The Provans Chandelier

Product notes: The standard chandelier comes with two 60 watt (maximum wattage) incandescent bulbs. Flourescent bulbs are an option. Other woods are available - ask to see our wood samples.
Personal Notes: This chandelier was inspired by a customer who saw my Banner sconces at Gallery M in Half Moon Bay. She liked the design, but wanted a chandelier to go over her dining table. It took 9 months and many e-mails back and forth with the customer to develop the design and another two months to complete the fixture.
Since then, I have made modifications working with a local customer, and this is the result. The photo shows it installed in his house in Trinidad, California. He has a beautiful home in the redwoods which he fills with local art. Like me, he is especially fond of wood, and he now has 20 of my light fixtures.
This design has been getting a lot of positive feedback and has already inspired me to create a table lamp. I have some other ideas using this concept such as a floor lamp and larger chandeliers with more arms. I am currently working on an order for a three arm chandelier to go over a round table.
